I love the kitchen! I love finding new recipes to try. I love sharing the food I've created. Sometimes I share recipes; sometimes I host dinner parties. Now I just need to get used to snapping photos as I go along.

I adore cooking and baking! I really enjoy trying to make things from scratch and I love to can my own things! I try to make recipes taste great but lower the fat and calories at the same time. Of course....not ALL things need to be revamped, NO ONE should change the chocolate chip cookies recipe!!!! I am looking forward to sharing some of my adventures and misadventures in my kitchen!
